Responsibilities: For the position of PRT SST, it is essential to gather learning materials, resources, and prepare lesson plans to ensure effective teaching. As a PRT SST educator, you will be responsible for setting and achieving curriculum objectives, analyzing students' strengths and weaknesses, and reviewing their progress regularly.
Attending parents-teachers meetings and discussing the student's growth is a crucial responsibility that comes with this role.
Creating a classroom environment that fosters positive learning is also a key responsibility. You will need to ensure that students have access to appropriate learning aids and textbooks and accompany them on field trips.
Participating in staff meetings, attending various training programs, and helping students prepare for debates or any other extra-curricular activities are other responsibilities that come with this position. Keeping accurate records of students' grades, assigning them projects and other internal assessment activities, and staying up-to-date with current events and happenings are also important tasks for this role.
