Children’s Day was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm at Sharda World School, Agra, on 14 November 2025. The day was specially planned to make the students feel valued, appreciated, and cherished.

The celebration began on a pious note with the chanting of the Gayatri Mantra, followed by the Thought of the Day, setting a positive and inspiring tone for the event. The teachers then presented a melodious singing performance, which filled the atmosphere with warmth and excitement.

One of the most engaging segments of the programme was the Gen Z Quiz, which kept the students energetic and involved. Another fun-filled activity was guessing the childhood photos of the teachers, which brought laughter, curiosity, and tremendous enjoyment among the students.

The highlight of the cultural performances included a beautiful skit conveying an inspiring message on Children’s Day, followed by a vibrant dance performance by the male teachers, which was thoroughly entertaining and appreciated by everyone.

The Advisor of the Institution, Dr. Garima Yadav, also congratulated all the children and staff for making the day so meaningful and memorable. Her words motivated the students and reminded them of their potential and importance.

The Head of School, Mr. Satyaki Bannerjee, addressed the gathering with an encouraging and heartfelt speech. His words encouraged the children a lot.

The most exciting part of the celebration was the Cricket Match between the teachers and students. The match was filled with enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and cheerful support from the audience. In a thrilling finish, the students won the match, and the Head of School awarded them the trophy, making the moment memorable.

The celebration concluded with a joyful Pot Luck, where teachers and students brought a variety of home-prepared dishes. They enjoyed the food together, reflecting the spirit of unity, togetherness, and happiness.
