On a sunny morning of Friday, March 22, 2024, Sharda World School was a riot of colors as it celebrated the vibrant festival of Holi within its premises. The occasion was graced by the presence of the esteemed ISKCON team, who joined in the festivities with the school students.

The celebration commenced with warm greetings extended to the esteemed guests, including Mrs. Priyanka, wife of School CEO Mr. Prashant, Dr. Garima Yadav,  School Advisor, Mr.  Shahdeep Kumar Adhikari, Head of the School, Dr. Shiv Kumar Tiwari, the school Principal, and Ms. Neena Rathore, the Vice Principal, along with teachers, students, and all attendees.

Holi, known as the festival of colors, holds significant cultural importance and is celebrated nationwide. It signifies joy, happiness, and the triumph of good over evil.

Acknowledging the intellect and brilliance of the Olympiad winners, the event transitioned to honor their dedication and hard work.

Special presentations highlighting Mathura's rich cultural heritage, spiritual significance, and the birthplace of Lord Krishna were shared by the ISKCON team, adding depth to the festivities.

The divine atmosphere was further enhanced with the chanting of 'Hare Rama, Hare Krishna' and an uplifting Kirtan performance, resonating with devotion and joy.

A Nagar Kirtan procession symbolizing unity and spirituality spread the message of love and harmony among the attendees.

The celebration also featured a vibrant dance performance by talented students on the melodious tune of "Aayi Jaari Hat Natkhat," adding to the festive spirit.

Quoting a beautiful Hindi saying, the essence of Phoolo ki Holi, emphasizing life's beauty within the shower of colors and blossoms, was shared.

Gratitude was extended to the ISKCON team with tokens of appreciation, and the event concluded with the distribution of platters, ensuring everyone shared in the joy of the celebration.
