The weekend began with an engaging Fireless Cooking Culinary Activity, where boarders had the opportunity to explore their creativity and teamwork under the guidance of the school chef. Beyond learning basic culinary skills, the experience fostered independence, cooperation, and confidence while creating a warm and homely atmosphere for the children.

As the day progressed, students participated in DEAR Time – Drop Everything And Read, a dedicated period that encouraged them to pause, unwind, and immerse themselves in the world of books. This quiet and reflective session provided learners with an opportunity to strengthen their vocabulary, improve reading habits, and cultivate a lifelong love for literature. The activity also reinforced the importance of mindful learning and personal enrichment.

Adding excitement to the weekend, a group of enthusiastic student-athletes visited John Milton School for a friendly basketball practice match. The experience offered students valuable exposure to competitive sports while allowing them to demonstrate teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. The match served as an excellent platform for young players to enhance their skills, build confidence, and learn from healthy competition.
