Agra, July 7: Young artists at Sharda World School showcased their creativity and imagination as the school organised the Inter-House Drawing Competition for learners of Grades I–V. The vibrant event provided an excellent platform for children to express their artistic talents while fostering creativity, confidence, and healthy inter-house competition.

Designed to encourage self-expression through art, the competition featured thoughtfully selected themes tailored to different age groups. Learners of Grades I and II explored the colourful world of Cartoons and Nature, while Grades III and IV brought the beauty of Jungles to life through their drawings. Grade V students demonstrated remarkable precision and creativity by creating intricate Mandala Art, showcasing their patience and artistic finesse.

To ensure a level playing field, the school provided printed drawing sheets, while learners used a variety of artistic materials, including brush pens, plastic crayons, oil pastels, and sketch pens, to transform their ideas into vibrant masterpieces. The competition highlighted the enthusiasm and imagination of every participant, with each artwork reflecting originality, creativity, and a unique perspective.

The entries were carefully judged on multiple parameters, including colour application, creativity and colour harmony, neatness, finishing, and overall presentation. The judges appreciated the exceptional effort and artistic skills displayed by the young learners, making the competition both challenging and inspiring.

After an exciting display of talent and creativity, Fire House secured the Overall Championship, earning the first position with an outstanding collective performance. Air House claimed the Runner-Up position, demonstrating commendable artistic excellence and enthusiasm throughout the competition.

The Inter-House Drawing Competition concluded on a joyful and colourful note, celebrating the boundless imagination of young learners.
